One suffers serious injuries after Hervey Bay Maryborough Rd crash
A teenager has been rushed to hospital with “significant” injuries after crashing into a pole at the Fraser Coast.

A teenage boy has suffered “significant” facial, arm and leg injuries in a horror crash at the outskirts of Hervey Bay.
Emergency crews, including the critical care unit and police, were called to the scene of the crash on Maryborough Hervey Bay Rd, Walligan shortly before 8am Friday.
A QAS spokeswoman said the teen’s car had left the road and struck a pole in a “substantial” crash.
He was rushed to the Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition.
