Nichols cut the ribbon to the new clubhouse on Thursday.

“The clubhouse will be the focal point for the community, enabling homeowners to live active, vibrant and engaged lives,” Mr Nichols said

“Importantly it will be an extension of their own homes, where friends and family can be welcomed in style.

“We are very proud of the contribution the clubhouse project has made to the local economy and

we will continue to use local builders and trades as we start work on Stage 3A homes, bringing

further benefits to the Fraser Coast region of Queensland.

The new clubhouse has been designed as a central hub for homeowners within the community, providing a variety of leisure and recreational facilities for them to enjoy.

A new tennis and pickleball court, bowling greens, pool and spa, gym, art and craft studio, community kitchen, library, private bar, alfresco dining and more are now available to Anchorage homeowners.
