A teenager has been taken to hospital after suffering a suspected snake bite at K’gari (formerly Fraser Island) on Tuesday night.
Paramedics and Marine Rescue Queensland helped the teen girl after she reportedly sustained a snakebite to the foot at a location on the Esplanade at 6.24pm.
The teen was taken to Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition.
