Three snake bite victims taken to Gladstone, Sunshine Coast hospitals
Three people have been bitten by snakes in the past 24 hours - two of them in the same town where a 16-year-old boy recently died after being bitten by a suspected brown snake.

Three people have been taken to hospitals in Queensland after reported snake bites - two of them in the same town where a 16-year-old boy recently died after being bitten by a brown snake.
Paramedics were called to a private residence in Calliope at 6.14am on Saturday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a female patient was taken to Gladstone Hospital in a stable condition after a reported snake bite.
Further details including her age were not available.
In a separate incident on Friday night, paramedics were called to a private residence at East End, a rural locality in the Gladstone region, at 7.13pm where a man in his 60s was reportedly bitten on the finger by a snake.
He was taken to Gladstone Hospital in a stable condition.
Also on Friday, a man in his 50s was reportedly bitten on the foot by a snake at a private residence at Pelican Waters, about 6.03pm.
He was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
These three incidents come after the tragic loss of 16-year-old Gladstone boy Beau Horan (pictured), who died from a snake bite in November.
Beau was bitten on the foot by a brown snake on November 25 at his family home in Wurdong Heights, south of Gladstone.
