The road has reopened following a three-vehicle crash at Dundowran on Wednesday.
Police, paramedics and fire crews are at the scene.
The crash happened about 8.33am on the corner of Dundowran and Lower Mountain Roads.
A spokeswoman from the Queensland Ambulance Service said three patients had been assessed for minor injuries, but none had been taken to hospital, with two declining transport.
The road reopened to traffic about 9.35am, a spokeswoman from the Queensland Police Service said.
