Dalby Domino’s has achieved the nation’s fastest delivery time, beating hundreds of other stores

A beloved Dalby franchise has received the unique award of best in Australia for a company-wide competition.
It was Dalby Domino’s which took home the winning slice of the pie, by having the fastest delivery time in Australia and New Zealand.
The store was crowned the Fastest Estimated Delivery Time Champion at an annual rally last week for delivering freshly made pizzas to Dalby locals in an average of 16 minutes and 33 seconds.
The delivery time is almost four minutes faster than the national average of around 20 minutes.
Local franchise partners Sulay Patel and Prakash Balsara said they could not be prouder of their team for their commitment and dedication to delivering Dalby local’s high-quality food, fast.
“Domino’s Dalby is proud to deliver safe, hot meals to hungry customers in record time,” Mr Patel said.
“I look forward to continuing the momentum our team has built to deliver hot and fresh pizza to our customers in the fastest, safest way possible.”
Store manager Tushar Dodiya said it felt “really good getting that award out of almost 800 stores, it has really boosted the entire team.”
“They are working really hard day and night, all of our team members help contribute, our cook team is fast at preparing and slicing the pizza and our delivery experts are getting it to the door on time.”
Dominos CEO Don Meij said the company was delighted by the store’s achievement.
“The longer a customer must wait, the lower their satisfaction with their meal. Customers want high-quality food, delivered quickly, and it’s clear that Domino’s Dalby takes pride in not just meeting but exceeding these expectations,” the CEO said.
“Domino’s Dalby lives and breathes this belief, demonstrating that it is possible to deliver freshly made pizzas without compromising on food quality, value or safety.”
