A 20-year-old man has fronted court charged with fleeing the scene of an accident at Gayndah this week, after a woman and two children were taken to hospital via ambulance.

A man has been charged after an alleged incident near Gayndah on Tuesday night, January 21, left a woman and two children needing ambulance transport to hospital.
Neil William Strong, 2o, is accused of fleeing the scene following a two-vehicle traffic crash on Meson Street around 7:30pm.
Emergency services recorded a woman and two children who had been traveling in the second car were taken to the Gayndah Hospital in a stable condition as a precaution after the incident.
Mr Strong has been charged with one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle with prior conviction, and fronted Maryborough Magistrates Court on Wednesday, January 22.
Bail was granted and the matter was adjourned to February 25, 2025.
