Crews have rushed to the scene of a two-vehicle railway crash in the Bundaberg region.

A QFD spokeswoman said two crews arrived at the intersection of Witts and Rosedale Road at Meadowvale at about 12.10pm Thursday, where a Mitsubishi and another car appeared to have collided on the railway line.

Ambulance services assessed one patient “in a stable condition”, and another refused help, an ambulance spokesman said.

No other injuries or entrapments were reported, and a tow truck was on scene as of shortly before 1pm.

Everyone was accounted for and police were on scene to redirect traffic from the train line.
