A teenager has been injured after he fell from a roof at a regional race club in Bundaberg.
The accident happened just hours before a double fatal tragedy in the same city.
Paramedics rushed to Bundaberg Race Club in Avenell Heights, after a male teenager fell from a roof just before 11pm.
The teenager suffered a back and arm injury and was taken to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
Earlier in the Bundaberg region, a man was flown to hospital after he was crushed by an excavator at a rural property.
He had been driving the excavator up a hill when it stalled and started to roll backwards.
The man jumped tried to escape by jumping from the machine, but it ran over him.
He suffered low leg injuries and was transported to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
