A 33-year-old man charged with 10 counts of fraud has unleashed on a Bundaberg court while appearing before the magistrate via a video link from jail.

A Bundaberg man facing court via video link from jail on Friday unleashed a vile tirade and threats against the court.
Jesse Jason Hillcoat Wawrzyniak, 33, appeared on 10 fraud charges, one count of receiving tainted property and one count of stealing after a previous conviction.
After minor technical difficulties, he appeared on the video link and unleashed his expletive riddled tirade until his microphone was muted at the magistrate’s request.
When questioned on whether he wanted to plead guilty or adjourn the matter to receive further legal counsel, he told the court he was not going to plead guilty and “you can go f*ck yourself”.
“You’re gonna get f*cking shot,” he said.
When updating Hillcoat Wawrzyniak on the court process, Mr McInnes asked if he understood.
Hillcoat Wawrzyniak responded by saying “you’re a bunch of w*nkers” before the video link was disconnected.
The matter was adjourned for mention until March 17, 2025.
