A Bundaberg man accused of an act intended to cause grievous bodily harm and stealing had his case mentioned in court on Monday.
Jacob Jade Holloway was in custody and did not appear in Bundaberg Magistrates Court when his case was mentioned.
The court, before Magistrate Edwina Rowan, heard Mr Holloway made no application for bail.
Lawyer Matt Molloy appeared on Mr Holloway’s behalf, seeking an adjournment.
Holloway will appear again for mention in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on October 17m 2022.
He was remanded in custody.
