Hobie James Jones on drugs, explosives charges in Bundaberg Magistrates Court

A Bundaberg man has had his case mentioned in court after being charged with 10 offences involving drugs and explosives.

Bundaberg man Hobie James Jones has faced court on 10 charges relating to drugs and explosives.

Jones appeared for a mention in Bundaberg Magistrates Court before Magistrate Andrew Moloney on Thursday.

He is facing one charge of authority required to possess explosives, one count of offence in relation to unauthorised and prohibited explosives, three counts of possessing utensils or pipes for drug use, one count of possessing property suspected of having been used in the commission of a drug offence, one count of possessing dangerous drugs, one count of possessing dangerous drugs (Schedule 1 - drug quantity of or exceeding Schedule 3 but less than Schedule 4) and two further counts of possessing dangerous drugs.

His next court appearance will be on November 11.

Jones is currently on bail, which has been enlarged till he next court appearance.
