Lake Monduran might experience its very own encounter of the third kind on November 26 with one of Queensland’s premier encounter specialists hosting a UFO expedition.

Encounters Down Under podcast host Anthony Goodall said 30 people have already expressed interest in attending the event.

“It will be a get together of like minded people sharing their own sightings and experiences,” he said.

With Bundaberg and surrounding regions not a stranger to strange events, Mr Goodall hoped they would have a special encounter.

The group will engage in CE-5 communication, a form of meditation they hope will encourage extraterrestrial life to come forward.

Anthony Goodall said he keeps his podcasts objective and open to critical thinking but is open to interpretation.

“It’s a strange concept but its about putting out the right vibrations to try and get a connection between humans and ETs,” he said.

Mr Goodall has always had one eye on the horizon for extraterrestrial life, and said his father had an encounter years before his own in 2015.

As a machinery operator on the mines, Mr Goodall said his experience was shared by many when he and fellow co-workers observed flashing lights on site.

“It was about 11pm when I noticed these two orange lights flying over the top of my machine. There was no navigational lights, so I knew it wasn’t a plane and I radioed some of my mates and we thought it might have been a jet fighter flying over,” Mr Goodall said.

“There was no sound though so we wrote that idea off but everyone was buzzing about seeing these mysterious orange lights flying into the distance,” he said.

His interest in the phenomena grew and now he is the host of the largest UFO sighting Facebook page in the country.

His podcast, Encounters Down Under, invites guests to share their experiences and their history with UFOs and several podcasts contributors will be attending the expedition event.

Triffon Peart is just one who also hosts his own podcast, Unlocking the Code, which analysis the historical cultures around the world and their possible ties to alien intervention.

“It’s good fun to go on these adventures and we might see something and we might see nothing,” he said.

“We know UFOs are real, it's been confirmed through documents even here in Australia and Anthony is offerent a valuable service to those who have had an experience.”
