Dozens of young handlers and paraders representing Gayndah, Mt Perry, Monto, Eidsvold, Mundubbera, Biggenden, Childers, Bundaberg and Gin Gin competed under the watchful eye of Mikaela Ross.
Burnett Subchamber representative Brianna Hockey said the young competitors represented a bright future for agriculture in the region and beyond.
“The Burnett has a particularly proud history of success at state level, and this year’s representatives are well equipped to continue this legacy,” she said.
The subchamber winners received generous prize money sponsored by the Mundubbera Community Bendigo Bank, and will begin preparing for the largest show in the state.
Congratulations to all the winners and those who competed.
