A tiny and adorable bundle of joy whose parents describe him as their “miracle baby” has been voted Bundaberg’s cutest bub of 2023 and his parents could not be happier.

From sleeping newborns to cheeky candid grins, dozens of entries for the most adorable bub in Bundaberg flooded in following a call-out.
After more than 70 entries were received for the 2023 Bundaberg’s cutest bub poll, a clear winner was selected after a week of voting.
Ranked: The top 150 high schools in Queensland
Maverick Jason Alexander took out the prize with 14 per cent of the votes.

“He has changed our lives in more ways than you will ever know; always keeps us on our toes and smiles on our faces,” she said.
Maverick’s arrival was a long journey, with his mum and dad trying to conceive for several years.
“Hayden and I have been together for 10 years and have tried to conceive for five years after being told numerous times it was impossible with my health issues to conceive a baby,” Kaitlyn said.
“After not giving up hope we now finally have our miracle baby born early but healthy.”
Congratulations to baby Maverick, Kaitlyn and Hayden for taking out this year’s title.
