The first Bonza flight into Bundaberg Regional Airport will arrive from Melbourne Tullamarine on Wednesday at 12:25pm.

The return flight to Melbourne from Bundaberg departs at 2.25pm the same day.

The ongoing schedule for the Bundaberg to Melbourne route is two flights per week, with flights departing and arriving on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Current airfares are $149 for a one way flight between Bundaberg and Melbourne, with 8kg of carry on luggage.

A flight with checked luggage up to 32kg and a selected seat in addition to a carry-on bag is currently going for $174.20.

Food and drinks need to be purchased on-board through the Bonza app, with snacks and light meals including some vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and drinks including alcohol available.

Alcohol brought on-board cannot be consumed during the flight.

In-flight entertainment is also delivered through the app via the on-board Wi-Fi.

All Bonza tickets are non-refundable, with changes to bookings incurring a change fee.

Booking changes are able to be made up until two hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
