MUSICIAN Dami Im has revealed a hilarious fashion fail mid-show which left her exposed on stage.
In an interview for The Courier-Mail’s online series, Tiny Edition, where children ask celebrities the big questions, the Brisbane-based singer shared with nine-year-old interviewer, Jamie Odell, her funniest on stage moment.
“This one time, I had the worst wardrobe malfunction,” Im says laughing.
“I went on stage in a jumpsuit with a big zip at the back and as soon as I went on stage, it popped open and I had to keep singing and walk backwards and walk out.
“My band played some instrumental music for 10 minutes so I could fix the zip.
“That was pretty bad.”
Odell lived out a dream moment throughout the interview when the pair burst into song together, singing along to one of Im’s popular tunes, Collide.
“You’re such an amazing singer, I can’t believe I’m here,” a star struck Odell says.
The adorable chat covered some big issues in the Korean/Australian singer’s life including the inspiration for her new music, where she shares her experience living between ‘two cultures and two different identities’.
Im also reveals what her one-year-old son, Harry, really thinks of her music, her biggest nightmare how she went from shy child to global superstar.
