Aussie fitness guru Emily Skye has stunned fans with her impressive booty transformation.

The mother-of-one and creator of online fitness program Emily Skye Fit recently took to her Instagram page to show fans what five years of glute exercises can do for your butt.

Skye posted a before-and-after snap from 2014 and 2019 respectively, asking her 2.6 million followers to “spot the difference”.

“This isn’t about what’s ‘better’ or what you ‘prefer’ this is about what I prefer and I will always prefer being happy, strong and healthy — mentally and physically,” Skye said in the caption.

In the 2014 image, Skye flaunts a leaner figure as she poses in a hot pink sports bra and orange mini shorts — the 2019 photo shows her with an even stronger physique and an equally sculpted booty.

Her post has since generated hundreds of comments from women thanking her for being an inspiration.

“Exactly!!! Is all about what YOU prefer and what makes you happy! You are amazing,” a fan said.

“Wow incredible,” another added.

“This is amazing! Thank you for the motivation,” said a third.

“Beautiful Emily! Same! work in progress for myself overcoming negative thoughts and growing some,” another had shared.

The 34-year-old said of all the changes she’d made, she was most proud of overcoming depression and self-esteem issues and had learned to love and believe in herself.

“I have days where I feel insecure, down and think negative things about myself — I’m human after all BUT for the most part I am positive and kind towards myself.”

She said the second proudest change she had made was strengthening her posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes) and growing her glutes.

“I had a functional goal which was to be able to fire my glutes properly and correct my posture and balance,” Skye said. “But I also had a physical goal which was to build more ‘shape’ and a butt!”

She said although it took her years, she’s proud of what she’s been able to achieve through hard work and consistency.

So, how did she do it?

“Glute activation work, heavy weights, isolation exercises and lots of nutritious food — the food part hasn’t been hard though. I enjoy that part haha!”

Skye reminded anyone trying to achieve their fitness goal that it took “time”.

“So be persistent and don’t give up!” she said.

In the past, Skye has been very open and honest with followers about changes to her body — especially after having her little girl Mia Elise Redmond in December 2017.

She is known for sharing honest, raw snaps of herself and wanted her followers to know she too had body struggles.

“Most of you know I like to show you me at my best and at my worst so you know it’s normal for your body to fluctuate like this!!” Skye said alongside a photo of her looking bloated.

“It is totally normal so try not to beat yourself up about it as most of us get bloated from time to time. It can be hard sometimes (believe me I know) but try to love yourself through the good and the bad. It’s something I am consistently working on doing too.”

The brutally honest post generated more than 55,000 likes and more than 1000 comments from fellow women who thanked Skye for “normalising” bloating.
