Delicious 100 winner Restaurant Dan Arnold

A French eatery from a stalwart of the Brisbane dining scene has the public saying oui, currently leading Queensland’s delicious. 100 People’s Choice.

Last week, our team of critics named the top 100 restaurants in the state, crowning fine diner Restaurant Dan Arnold in Fortitude Valley as No.1.

The public was then invited to have their say, with punters able to move their favourite dining spots up or down the list.

Proving an undeniable hit with voters has been Spring Hill French restaurant La Cache A Vin from hospitality guru Thierry Galichet, which has jumped from No. 31 with the critics to No.1 with the people.

The venue is loved for its commitment to the classics, with favourites like French onion soup, souffle, escargot and duck a l’orange all topping the menu, alongside a bumper, French-heavy wine list, with Galichet importing much of it himself.

There is still time to have your say on which restaurant you think deserves to be crowned the best in Queensland through our People’s Choice poll here.

Votes close at 11.59pm on August 21.
