Restaurants such as Montrachet in Bowen Hills, and Fortitude Valley’s Restaurant Dan Arnold, SK Steak and Oyster, Maya and Same Same all have waiting lists for Saturday nights for up to four weeks, while Friday nights are being booked out up to three weeks in advance.
