While French expats adore the traditional version, for locals, the almond and chocolate croissants are favourites.

While her classic version is a joy for purists, starring thousands of tiny holes delivering a pillowy inside contrasting against the shatteringly crisp exterior, her playful monthly specials offer a fun twist with versions from PB and J to strawberry sundae.
