The case against Daryl David Hall, 37, was mentioned briefly this week in Maryborough Magistrates Court where he is facing three charges of trafficking in dangerous drugs, five of possessing dangerous drugs, receiving or possessing property obtained from trafficking or supplying, using a carriage service to make a threat to kill, wilful damage, four of choking/strangulation/suffocation, four of assaults occasioning bodily harm, four of common assault, one count of possessing shortened firearms and three of anything used in the commission of a crime.
