Queensland Health has updated Covid-19 exposure sites following a series of new cases announced over the past two days.
The new sites include a major gym and several shops at Westfield Garden City at Upper Mount Gravatt, a busy Kangaroo Point Night Owl and New Farm IGA.
The current list, updated about 2.30pm on Monday afternoon, with dates spanning back to June 22.
Any visitors at the relevant times are considered close contacts and should immediately seek testing and complete a Queensland Health online contact tracing form.
The lockdown on Brisbane City and Moreton Bay local government areas will lift as scheduled but restrictions will continue.
The state reported eight new cases on Saturday.

It comes after Queensland was plunged into a three-day snap lockdown after an unvaccinated hospital worker contracted Covid-19 and spent 10 days in the community while infections with the Delta variant.
The woman, from Sandgate, travelled around Brisbane before going on a family holiday to Townsville and Magnetic Island.
It followed a woman on the Sunshine Coast who tested positive to the highly infectious Delta strain and after a couple who tested positive visited multiple gyms, cafes and stores while infectious with the virus.
