Yes, there really are three vintages of Chateau Mouton Rothschild, three vintages of Krug, 17 vintages of Grange, and a whole page of DRC on the wine list. But there's so much more to the legendary Tso family's silkily run suburban Chinese restaurant than one of the most lauded wine lists in the country. There's also crayfish truffle wonton in master broth, double-braised abalone, traditional Peking duck with mandarin pancakes and brilliant weekend dim sum lunches.
