Arlene Tansey, a former ANZ and Macquarie banker turned company director, grew up in New York before moving to Australia in 1994. She was in Las Vegas last week, watching the US election race up close.

“One of the things that really struck me was how really engaged people were. I think there was a level of concern this time around because of how different the candidates were,” Tansey says.
