Washington | The US Supreme Court has scuttled the Biden administration’s controversial vaccine mandate imposed on private companies, but upheld the requirement for healthcare workers funded by Medicare to get the jab.

Businesses with 100 or more employees will no longer be forced to have their workers vaccinated after the court rejected an Occupational Safety and Health Administration rule that would have required 80 million workers to get shots or periodic tests.
