Robb Ewoldt, a 52-year-old farmer in Davenport, Iowa, woke up the morning after Donald Trump won the US election “feeling six inches taller”.

Ewoldt was one of 73 million Americans who delivered Trump victory mainly because they were worried about higher prices, illegal immigration, wars and identity politics.
