Washington | Donald Trump has given his strongest hint yet that he will launch another run for the White House, as Republicans appear poised to seize control of Congress in the midterm elections on Tuesday (Wednesday AEDT).

Speaking at a rally in Ohio, the former president said he would make a “big announcement” next week, stealing the limelight from President Joe Biden as they made final pitches across the country before millions of voters head to the polls.
