Washington | A former prominent Democratic politician and now independent endorsed Donald Trump on Monday (Tuesday AEST), saying only the former president could stop America’s involvement in wars.

Tulsi Gabbard, a military veteran and the first Samoan-American member of Congress, threw her support behind Trump, just days after key independent Robert F. Kennedy jnr announced he was dropping out of the presidential race and also endorsing Trump.
