Media mogul Rupert Murdoch’s reported divorce from actress Jerry Hall could leave him with more time to concentrate on his media empire, potentially cramping the style of his chosen successor, son Lachlan.
It was often said Mr Murdoch devoted lots of time to his wife in the early days of his marriage to Ms Hall, leaving room for his children, most importantly his heir apparent, Lachlan, to take more high-profile roles running his media empire.
