Polls won’t call a Trump win, but markets are

Pollsters might be loath to call next week’s US election, which still looks tight, but money managers, market traders and punters have been putting piles of money on Donald Trump.
This week’s surge in bitcoin to near-record levels has been dubbed another “Trump trade”, and joins recent strong moves in the US dollar, gold price and bond yields as bets on the former president returning to the White House.
