Washington | As President-elect Joe Biden forms his cabinet, he will make it a top priority to assemble an economic team that can confront the surging unemployment and business slowdown touched off by the coronavirus pandemic.
Biden will look for a Treasury secretary and other key officials to negotiate with Congress on more stimulus, roll back some of President Donald Trump's tax cuts and mend relations with US trading partners.
