Washington | Former US president and presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump has warned Australia’s top diplomat in America, Kevin Rudd, that any hostility towards a new Trump administration would mean the end of his tenure.

Mr Trump delivered the stern ultimatum to the former Australian prime minister in an interview with former British politician Nigel Farage, parts of which will be aired in Australia on Wednesday night.
