That widened his lead over Amazon.com ’s Jeff Bezos as the world’s wealthiest person to $US143 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Mr Buffett, chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, ranks 10th with a net worth of $US104.1 billion.
