Davos/Brussels | George Soros has said Russia’s war in Ukraine could spiral into World War III, a conflict that could end Western civilisation.
Mr Soros, the billionaire investor and an advocate of European integration, said in a speech to the World Economic Forum in Davos the conflict had “shaken Europe to its core”.
