Kyiv | Ukraine has intensified its appeal to Australia for more Bushmaster and Hawkei armoured troop carriers, as the country steps up its latest counteroffensive against Russia.
In exclusive written comments to The Australian Financial Review, Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov says Australia can continue its “great investment” in Ukraine’s war effort by supplying more of the rugged Bushmasters, while reiterating calls for the ultra-light, high-tech Hawkei vehicles.
