Washington | US President Donald Trump tore into Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky again on Monday (Tuesday AEDT), saying “this guy doesn’t want there to be peace.”
The comment came after Zelensky expressed a willingness to meet with Trump again, despite Friday’s open confrontation at the White House, if the US president invites him for a “serious” encounter. But Zelensky also was quoted as predicting that the end of Ukraine’s war with Russia is “very, very far away”.
