Paris | An extraordinary cheating scandal has engulfed the Olympic women’s soccer tournament, after apparently rogue coaching staff at defending champions Canada allegedly sent spy drone flights over the New Zealand team’s training sessions.
The drone incident came just days before the two teams face each other in a group match in St-Etienne on Thursday evening (early Friday morning AEST), in what will surely be the spiciest match of the tournament.
