London | King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer, and will postpone his public duties as he begins a course of regular treatments, Buckingham Palace revealed on Monday (Tuesday AEDT), casting a shadow over his reign that began less than 18 months ago.
The 75-year-old King’s condition was identified during a recent hospital treatment for benign prostate enlargement, but it is understood his illness is not prostate cancer.
