Boris Johnson draws business into his global ambitions
London | Prime Minister Boris Johnson has yoked industrial strategy to his new vision for British foreign policy, saying that science and technology is now a “metric of global power” and an arena of global competition.
Mr Johnson used his sweeping revamp of Britain’s foreign and defence posture, released on Tuesday, to set out how government-backed business innovation and development could bolster his country’s influence on global affairs.
