Davos, Switzerland | Argentina’s firebrand president Javier Milei has named the members of what he calls a new libertarian alliance of countries, whose mission is to push other Western nations to stamp out “woke ideology” and shrink the state.

“I no longer feel alone,” Mr Milei said in a typically punchy keynote speech to the World Economic Forum in Davos on Thursday (Friday AEDT). “Slowly an international alliance has been forming among all those nations, which, like ours, want to be free and believe in the ideals of liberty.”
