It has been a while since my last Postcard from Tokyo. Forgive me for being such a lazy correspondent.

So much has happened and the borders are finally open. We have been inundated with visitors and tourists are back enjoying all that Japan has to offer – the weak yen providing even better reasons to do a spot of shopping in Ginza. COVID-19 numbers go up and down, masks stay on and, once again, the Samurai Blues have us under their spell – even when they lose.
