Mahathir still PM as Malaysia's king sorts out mess

Jakarta | Party lines between government and opposition in Malaysia are fading fast as two rival blocks race to fill the power vacuum created when Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad resigned on Monday.
The country's king, who made Dr Mahathir interim PM in an attempt to keep the country stable amid the chaos, on Tuesday began a marathon series of interviews with MPs to determine who supports whom.
