Bangkok | A Chinese-backed contractor is facing an investigation over the collapse of a 33-floor skyscraper in Bangkok in a deadly earthquake that hit the region.
The unfinished building crashed to the ground in a pile of smoke and dust, trapping dozens of people in the rubble, when a 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit central Myanmar, more than 1000 kilometres from the Thai capital.
