Why the world needs more ‘desk bombers’
Anxiety about making a call has risen to the point where parents are ordering takeaways and making dental appointments for their highly-successful children.

As a colleague at work explained, this is the act of approaching someone at their desk without warning, and talking to them. You are joking, I said. I am not, he replied.
