Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has refused to join other Labor premiers in condemning John Setka’s threats against the AFL, claiming it has nothing to do with her government.

Mr Setka last week launched a campaign for the AFL to sack ex-Australian Building and Construction Commission boss Stephen McBurney or face a work-to-rule action for AFL building sites, involving not on working rostered days off or doing overtime.
