Sexual harassment complaints up by 25pc, says Kate Jenkins

Harassment complaints are up 25 per cent as Australia emerges from the coronavirus pandemic, with sex discrimination commissioner Kate Jenkins warning employers to get their house in order as more people return to work.

Senior workplace lawyers are also reporting a spike in sexual harassment cases and say poor behaviour is increasingly being called out by victims who have been emboldened by advocates such as Brittany Higgins and Grace Tame.
