This year AFR BOSS celebrates the 20th anniversary of the BOSS Young Executives program.

Each year for the past two decades the program has identified a group of six talented leaders under the age of 35 and helped them to develop their skills further by putting them through an all-day simulation exercise, overseen by judging partner DDI, a specialist leadership firm.
