Craig Drummond became CEO of Medibank in July 2016 and is in the midst of transforming the company from private health insurer to healthcare provider. Here he answers our questions.

How would you describe your leadership style?
Supportive and collaborative; giving capable executives the freedom and authority to deliver on agreed outcomes. I believe in a deeply personal, supportive and collaborative approach, yet will become more intrusive if agreed outcomes are missed.
