Before Holly Masters ran the McGrath Foundation, she was working for the Estee Lauder group of luxury brand products, running a division with a turnover of about $1 billion.

Now she sits atop a charity that funds nurses to take care of cancer patients. The nurses provide physical, psychological and emotional support to individuals and their families.
